Paul Tracy is StreetAuthority's co-founder and the Chief Strategist behind Top 10 Stocks and High-Yield International. Under his guidance during the past decade, StreetAuthority has grown from an unknown startup into one of the largest financial publishing companies in the country, now reaching more than 1.5 million people a month in 175 different countries across the globe.
Prior to founding StreetAuthority, Paul spent several years as Managing Editor and lead financial writer at another nationally-recognized financial publishing firm. His previous experience also includes a position at Robert W. Baird & Co.'s full-service brokerage operations, as well as economic research work funded by the National Bureau of Economic Research. Paul has done consulting work for the University of Virginia, has appeared as a guest speaker at The University of Texas, has been a guest expert on various financial radio shows, and has been a featured speaker at investment conferences across the United States.
Paul invests almost exclusively in dividend-paying stocks. His approach to the market is simple -- find companies with sustainable competitive advantages that pay abnormally high (and growing) dividends, buy them... and hold them forever.
Paul graduated with a concentration in Finance and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
