Todd Shriber started his career in finance as a reporter at Bloomberg News, covering the bank, energy and technology sectors. Dozens of his stories appeared in major daily newspapers across the world, including The New York Times. After leaving Bloomberg for a stint in the public sector, he joined a proprietary trading firm in Los Angeles.
Right when the financial crisis was starting, about three years ago, he joined a long/short hedge fund in Southern California, where he specialized in trading ETFs. When he's not analyzing or writing about ETFs and stocks, he enjoys reading classic literature, playing golf and watching spy movies.
