add the address in the "From" line of your most recent
StreetAuthority.com newsletter to your address book. The address
we currently use is:
 |

|
 |
Next,
follow the instructions for your particular email provider or software (see below).
AOL | AOL
9.0 | Hotmail
| Yahoo | Gmail |
Comcast | Other |
STEP
ONE: Never
hit the “Report Spam” button. Hitting this button will prevent you
from getting any emails from us. (See
the image below for details.)

If you hit the “Report
Spam” button by mistake, then please take the following steps to make
sure you continue to receive emails from us.
- Access the “Spam Folder”
by clicking on the link in the lower left–hand corner of your
mailbox.
- Click on the
StreetAuthority.com email that you mistakenly reported as Spam in
the Spam folder. (See the
image below for details.)
- Click on the “This is not
Spam” button at the bottom of the Spam folder.

Now that you've ensured that you have not labeled our opt-in emails as
spam, please complete the following simple steps to make sure you
receive all StreetAuthority.com emails.
STEP
TWO: Add StreetAuthority.com's email addresses
to your AOL Email Address Book.
Starting from your AOL
Homepage,
- Under the "Mail"
heading in the top left-hand corner of the screen, click
"Read."
- Next to the Mailbox image
you'll see a button called "Mail Options." Click on this
button and select "Address Book" from the pull-down menu.
- Click on the "Add
Contact" button.
- Under "Primary Email
Address" select the "other email" button, then type
(See
image below for details.)
- Click Save
Emails from these addresses
will then go directly to your AOL Inbox.

STEP
THREE: Make sure emails sent to you by
StreetAuthority.com are not automatically deleted.
Starting from your AOL
Homepage,
- Under the "Mail"
heading in the top left-hand corner of the screen, click
"Read."
- Next to the Mailbox image
you'll see a button called "Mail Options." Click on this
button and select "Block Unwanted Mail" from the pull-down
menu.
- Choose one of the options
under “Control Who I Get Email From”
- We recommend you leave the
setting at “Allow mail from all senders.”
- Alternatively, you can also
select "Allow email only from people I know."
However, if you choose that setting, then you MUST make sure
to follow Step #2 above, otherwise you
will not receive our emails.
- Because most of our
newsletters contain images and charts, make sure that the box next
to "Block mail containing pictures or files" is NOT
checked.
- Because most of our
newsletters also contain valuable and important links back to our
web site, please also make sure that the box next to "Mail with
clickable hyperlinks (URLs) is NOT checked.
- When you've completed the
items above, click the "Save" button.

When you receive emails, you may see the screen below. Since many of our
emails will contain pictures, make certain that you click
"Yes" whenever you are presented with the option below. (See
image below for details)

If you've chosen to receive HTML emails from us, yet images do not
appear when you receive our newsletters, then simply click on the
"Show images & enable links" text at the top of your mail.
(See image below for details.)

For AOL version 9.0: You need to
add our sending address to your "People I Know" list.
- Open your latest StreetAuthority.com
email newsletter.
- Click the Add Address
button (over on the right) to add StreetAuthority to your
"People I Know" list.
Alternatively, you can just send
an e-mail to our StreetAuthority "From" address.
Although we do not check that email address (so please do not expect a
response back), the act of sending that email will add us to your
"People I Know" list automatically.
- Open your latest StreetAuthority
e-mail.
- Copy the address in the
"From" line (it will probably read --
).
- Click the Reply
button (it's in the top right corner).
- A new email window opens
with the wrong address in the
"Send To" box.
- Replace the address in the
Send To box with the one you copied out of the "From" line (
).
- Click Send Now (it's
in the top right corner).
Even though we do not check this
email address, the act of sending this email will put StreetAuthority
into your "People I Know" list, thus ensuring that you receive
all of our future email newsletters.
STEP
ONE: Never
hit the “Report Junk E–mail” or “Block Sender” buttons under
the “Junk” option in your Inbox. Also, never hit the
"Block" button in your email inbox. (See image below for
details.) Emails marked as junk will be automatically sent to your “Junk
E–mail” folder and deleted, and you will no longer receive future
messages from StreetAuthority.com.

If you mistakenly add our emails to your “Junk” folder, then please
take the following steps to make sure that future StreetAuthority.com
messages are not automatically deleted.
- Hit the “Never Report Junk
E–mail” button that pops up in your browser (See
image below for details.)

Email" link on the left-hand side of the page. Check the
box next to the StreetAuthority.com email you mistakenly sent the

"Safe List."
Starting from your MSN Inbox,
- Click on the
"Contacts" tab near the top of the page.
- Click the "Safe
List" link on the left-hand side of the page
- You'll be given the option
to "Type an address or domain." (See
image below for details.)
- Enter the following into the
box:

- Click "Add"
- Repeat the previous three
steps to add the following domain as well:
StreetAuthorityNews.com
Click "Add"

Important Note: If you use Yahoo for e-mail
and you have inadvertently added StreetAuthority to your blocked
senders list, it will block mail even if StreetAuthority is on
the safe sender's list. To remove StreetAuthority from the blocked
senders list please follow these steps in Yahoo Mail:
(1) Click on "Options" in the upper right and then select "Mail
Options" from the drop-down list

Scroll down to the bottom of
the page and click "Save"

Please make sure to check your Bulk Mail folder periodically to ensure
that none of our emails have been inadvertently sent to that folder.
Please complete the three simple steps below to ensure email
deliverability of all messages from StreetAuthority.com to your Gmail
inbox.
STEP
ONE: Open your
Gmail Inbox.
--An important note--
Never press the “Report Spam” button when either viewing or marking the checkbox
next to a StreetAuthority.com email. Pressing this button will prevent

and then in the middle of the screen click either of these links "Create

Comcast
If you are using Comcast as your Email
provider, please send an e-mail to the following address:
blacklist_comcastnet@cable.comcast.com
Include in the body of the e-mail the
following information:
I am a subscriber to StreetAuthority.com. Please allow their emails to be
delivered to my inbox.
- Domain: The domain they are
mailing from is:
streetauthority.com
mail.streetauthority.com
- IP Address: Their sending IP
addresses are:
209.59.131.48-52
209.59.131.179
209.59.131.180
209.59.131.181
209.59.131.182
To ensure that StreetAuthority.com
communications are not filtered into your “junk/bulk” folder, select
the "Add/Save to Address Book" function in your email software
and follow the appropriate instructions. Since all email clients are
different, you'll need to contact your email provider if you require
further assistance.
Many email providers have “spam”
or “junk” functions that will automatically delete or block emails
that you report as “spam” or “junk.” Hitting these buttons may
prevent you from receiving further emails from StreetAuthority.com. For
best results, avoid using these functions with all StreetAuthority.com
communications.
If your email looks distorted
or if the links within the email do not work, your email provider may
automatically send emails to your inbox with the images and links
deliberately turned off. Many email providers provide functions that
allow you to see images and links in your email; it’s often just a
matter of hitting a button or two. Please contact your email provider
for assistance on allowing images and links to display in your email.
Please contact the StreetAuthority.com
Customer Care team if you have any further
problems or questions.

What
is a "White-List"?
Unsolicited
advertising emails, commonly referred to as "spam", have
become a major problem in today's society. In an effort to reduce
excessive amounts of unwanted email, most email services and Internet
Service Providers (ISPs) are starting to employ blocking or filtering
systems. They're also relying on "blacklists" to help
separate wanted email from unwanted spam.
(Note: Here at StreetAuthority.com, we
agree that spam is a major concern, and you can rest assured that we
follow a strict no-spam policy. We only send our email newsletters and
marketing communications to those who "opt-in" for our
services, and we always provide convenient "opt-out" and
cancel links at the bottom of all of our emails.)
Although we only send emails to those who have opted
in to our services, it's important to note that the current spam
blocking systems are far from a perfect solution. The problem is that
they often block email that you've requested (such as free and even
fee-paid email newsletters from StreetAuthority.com) because it
fits their definition of "spam."
These definitions can vary greatly depending upon
the email service or ISP you are using. For example, some services
block emails that are above a certain size or contain a large number
of characters. This has become a problem for some of our subscribers.
Why? Well, because most of our email newsletters are very lengthy,
some filtering programs may mistakenly block our important
communications. As a result, you might unexpectedly find you're
not getting your StreetAuthority.com email newsletters on a regular
basis.
The good news is that there's something you can do
to keep your StreetAuthority.com newsletters from falling victim to an
overzealous spam filter. You can fight the blacklists with a
"white-list." To ensure that your future email delivery is
not interrupted, we strongly urge you to add our email address to your
white-list now.
In order to do so, you'll need to follow the
instructions we've provided above. Please note that every email system
is different, so you'll need to choose the appropriate email system
from the list we've provided. If your email service isn't listed here,
then please contact your ISP's customer service representatives for
further instructions.

appealing for its total return potential. Specifically, the fund has
delivered total returns of +263.9% since 2003, and
it ranks in the top 10% of its category over the past decade.
